When you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation your order is in stock and given an approximate delivery date.
As standard, we do not deliver on Sunday’s and bank holidays. During busy times, some delivery routes may take longer than usual. Our approximate delivery timescales are 3-5 working days and for large / fragile / furniture pieces between 2 -3 weeks. Pricing is set out in our delivery policy section.
At this present time we only deliver to international countries in Europe.

We hope you love your new purchase as much as we do. However, we appreciate you may change your mind and wish to return the item.
You have 14 days from receipt of delivery to return a product.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Products must be returned in the original packaging with the despatch order confirmation and return form.
Complete the enclosed return form / label and mail using a tracked / delivery service or contact our customer service email@example.com to arrange a collection for you. The cost of collection is the same as the original delivery cost.
