Delivery Policy

We aim to offer an efficient and seamless delivery experience. Our customer care doesn't stop when you place an order.

We make no profit on delivery fees, as a small business we supplement all charged delivery fees. We primarily use Next Day & 48hr Tracked Services, which come at a premium cost, but overall reduces issues related to delays & lost items.

We can't promise there will never be a delivery delay or issue, but commit to ownership and management of the issue through to resolution.


When you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation your order is in stock and given an approximate delivery date as set out below: 

UK Delivery (UK Mainland) 

As standard we do not deliver on Sunday's and bank holidays.

During busy times, some delivery routes may take longer than usual.

Express next day:

Orders placed by 8:30 AM Monday - Thursday will be delivered next day.  

Orders placed by 8:30 AM Friday will delivered Monday.

Orders placed after 8:30 AM Friday will be delivered Tuesday.

Outside Mainland UK

This applies to Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Isle of Scilly.

Standard tracked delivery is £15. Medium to large is £25.00.  Furniture or fragile, please call for a quote.

Northern Ireland - for the immediate future we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland.

International Delivery

We only deliver to the UK. Unfortunately, international delivery is not available.


Furniture Deliveries

Furniture orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks, however, from time to time there may be a longer delivery period, if this is the case, you will be notified immediately after receiving your order. 

As a small business, we keep low volumes of stock.  If items are out of stock, you will be contacted immediately after placing your order and given the choice between cancelling your order or waiting for the stock arrival date.

It is your responsibility to ensure ordered products will fit into your home (pass freely through doorways and corridors and have space to turn) prior to delivery.  So please ensure you read the product measurements/weight prior to ordering.  As some furniture is hand-made, the dimensions specified can vary up to 2 cm. 

Our delivery services will only deliver products to the front door of your premises.

If you are placing an order for furniture/heavy/large product and live in a flat / apartment complex or has stairs, please ensure you add this information in the special instructions section of the web check-out process.  

We cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by you.  If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in an alternative location, for example with a neighbour or in a shed, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the parcel.

How can I track my delivery?

You can track your delivery on the courier website.  Your tracking reference will be emailed once the item has been despatched.

Will the delivery service carry my furniture upstairs.

When we call to arrange your delivery day we will ask you about access to your property to determine whether stairs are likely to be a problem (for example, we will ask you about the number of stairs, whether there is room to manoeuvre, need to lift to clear a bannister, or any other obstacles).  Please do let us know if there are any access constraints we should be aware of.

If the delivery team are unable to carry your furniture upstairs, we will class your order as a cancelled order and you will incur a £50 charge.  This will be taken from your original payment method and deducted from your refund.
